Auditions for the Production will take place on Sunday 28th April 2019 (Times to be confirmed via email.) We need you as members to be voting for your committee and supporting the society or even becoming apart of the hard working committee that helps you as members have the successful shows which we put on but also help you to continue to enjoy your hobby .
Its really important as a member you come to the AGM meetings. Whitefield AODS is your society and we need YOU as members to help keep us going.
All members are invited to your society Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is to be held on Thursday 28th March 2019. 7.15pm at . The doors will be open at 6.30pm for you to be able to read the previous minutes and grab a drink.
Your committee needs to be elected by the members of the society . Nominations need to be received by the current General Secretary Jeanette Brown By NOON on Thursday 21st March 2019.

Each year the executive committee is nominated to serve for a period of 1 year. In addition the management committee are also selected. we currently have 3 positions available on the management committee to serve for a period of 2 years and a further 4 positions on the committee to serve for a 1 year period. The management committee is made up of 8 members in addition to the executive members as per the society rules.

Whitefield AODS are proud to be presenting An Amateur Production by Arrangement with the Really Useful Group Ltd of Jesus Christ Super Star. From Wednesday 3rd to Saturday 6th October 2018 at the Met Theatre Bury.
Auditions for Principal and Ensemble parts for the upcoming production are taking place on Monday 14th and Thursday 17th May 2018. Please contact our General Secretary Jeanette Brown to register your interest and receive the information pack and audition material at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rehearsals will commence from Monday 21st May 2018, initially being just Mondays but then moving to Monday and Thursdays weekly from the week commencing 9th July 2018, with the addition of Sunday rehearsals from September 2018.

Whitefield AODS are pleased to announce that the launch night for Jesus Christ Superstar where you will be able to to meet the production team will be held on Thursday 29th March at 8.30pm following our Annual General Meeting. You will be able to hear the plans for the show from the production team who will be in attendance, and audition and rehearsal information will also be available.
On the night we will also be introducing you to our plans for Showcase 2018, which will be performed at The Lowry on 8th July.
Auditions for JCS will be held on Monday 14th May from 7pm to 10pm and Thursday 17th May from 7pm to 10pm. If you are interested in auditioning, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3rd May and you will be allocated a time and provided with audition material. All members of the ensemble will also be required to attend an audition with the production team.

The Pirates of Penzance*
First get together to find out more about WAODS next production 'Pirates of Penzance*' which will be held at 8pm on Thursday 9th July 2015, New Jurusalem Church, Stand Lane, Radcliffe.
